Dorman Releases 2009 Service Dealer Guide, volume 1 with Over 75 “New to the Aftermarket” Products

The Guide consists of 18 pages packed with dozens of “New to the Aftermarket” parts including Sway Bar Kits, Leaf Spring Shackle Kits, Wheel Hubs and EGR Tubes. The products featured in the Service Dealer Guide have been significant in lowering the total cost of repairs by allowing the replacement of the part, instead of the whole assembly.

Performance intakes for vehicles have been around for years but many simply do not hold up to the claims that their manufacturers suggest. Simply replacing an air-filter or adding a stainless intake tube may look more performance oriented- but do little for the actual performance of the vehicle. All the fancy reusable filters and “smoother” intakes do very little if they still draw warm air from under the hood.
