Sensors are not covered...I know that for a fact.
If they hook it up and it says there is a sensor problem, than that wont be covered...but if it was due to some other problem...like a blown intake gasket, lets say....If they hooked up the TechII or put it on the o-scope...and found a blown gasket than the scan would be covered.

Its only 120 bucks for 2 new O2 sensors...you may as well just replace them for the extra 20 bucks... go to a Lordco is you have one around you...they will give you the best price.

I'm going to pull the O2 sensors tonite to bench test them and try to test them installed (found a good video on how to do both).

If I don't find any problems, then I'll try Deep Creep (Sea Foam). If that still doen't work, then I'm taking it to the GM dealership in my hometown to hook her up to a Tech II to find out whats wrong - I trust these guys more. Like you said, if its an intake gasket, etc. then its on warranty.

I pulled the plugs again last night and they were the right color (greyish with brown) as apposed to the black sooty color that had last time.
