Creaking And Groaning

Last night i installed my nerf bars:

 

my procedure is as follows:

 

-removed 3 frame/body mount bolts

-removed bushings

-placed bushing ABOVE mounting tab on nerf bar and bolted nerf bar into place.

 

Now i get a creaking/groaning noise coming from underneath when stopping and starting, not going over bumps or anything, I think that the bolts may not be tight enough causing some movement when the truck is torsioning the frame/body but I tightend them till the impact stopped turning them, what is the torque spec?

 

Any thing i did wrong or anything you can think of?

If you'll make sure there's plenty of clearance between the bar brackets and the body mount pockets and torque all six bolts to 75 lb/ft, you should be rid of "ole creaky".

I torqued the bolts to 100 ft. lbs. and haven't had any creaking and groaning.
