hi

My 07 yukon Denali is now in for its sixth major service repair. One of the major issues is the symptom of depressing the gas to modestly accelerate and the engine RPM's ACTUALLY DECREASE!!!! Yes, pressing on the gas causes the engine to slow down. You can hear the motor bog and see the tach drop about 300 to 400 RPM's. To make this TURD move you absolutely have to STOMP on the gas and hope the transmission finds the right gear. My transmission will upshift and downshift rapidly searching for a correct gear to use. Meanwhile, nothing is happening in the speed department.

and all i get get from dealler "your vehicle is operating within normal parameters"

what about yours ?

Not mine.

Only complaints are the 2 to 3 shift, where it feels like it falls on it's face

A-Post wind and wind noise

But the fly-by-wire go pedal is coupled to the "go" just fine, I can feather it at idle or cruise with no issues.
I must have one that is screwed up since it doesn't act like your's which is supposed to be the norm according to your dealer.

see another dealer

I have an '07 Yukon Denali "shorty" version. I have never had the engine lose RPM when shifting while gas is depressed. It will ususally downshift instantly to a lower gear to get the rpm's up and then it takes off like a rocket. The only wierd thing I have noticed is when the truck is first started in the morning, once and a while it will read "low fuel". Ten minutes later it will be back to reading normal, half tank left, etc...

The driver's side wiper blade clicks against the windshield when in use. What I did was take it off and used a mill file to remove some of the plastic tab on the end of the wiper. Still looks stock and no clicking anymore.

The driver's door has a very quiet but annoying rattle to it, can't figure it out yet so I just turn to music up. Broke 10K on it last week while on vacation and have had no problems with it. Knock on wood.
