Here is how you do it....
First Pull the 3 HVAC Fuses from the Fuse Box located under the hood. They are all 10 amp Fuses, #40 #50 and #57
These are all the tools necessary to do the job.
1 Screw Driver
2 90 degree adapter
3 #15 and #20 Torque Tip
4 7mm Nut Driver
5 New Temp Valve Actuator

The Temp Valve Actuator is item Number 9

The access is through the upper and lower Glove Box.

To access this area, you need to open the Lower Glove Box all the way by pushing the release mechanism on the right side of the Glove Box.
Then Remove the Upper Glove Box by first removing the lower trim panel, it just pulls off.

Then Remove the 4 Screws that hold the Upper Glove Box in place, then Pull the Glove Box out.

This is the Temp Valve Actuator after the removal and replacement. But this Video shows you where it is located as well as how it is supposed to work.

After you are done Replacing the Temp Valve Actuator, reinstall the 3 HVAC fuses that were previously removed into the Fuse Panel under the hood.
Then Start the Truck, but do not touch the temp controls for at least a minute.
Verify your Temp Valve Actuator is working properly and Close the Accessed Area.
