Whats going on fellas, new to the forum but not a newbie on suspension modifcations and tires. I have recently purchased a 2007 z71 crew cab. I have the CCM 2.5 leveling kit being installed a week from today. I have always ran 285's on preivous trucks, but found a hell of a deal on a set of 33x12.50x17 mtz's. My question is will i rub or have to cut anything with these tires and and the CCM leveling kit, I am familiar with these new trucks but not that familiar, I know on my older trucks you could run this tire with keys and such. Any feedback or pictures would be great. Thanks.

they're are quite a few guys on here running 33's with just a leveling kit and said minor rub at full lock so it didnt matter. their is another guy on here running 35's on a leveled sierra with only minor rub at full lock as well. if you found a deal on them i'd snatch em as they look much better than 285's

Aren't 285's pretty much a 33 inch tire? I have 275's and they are 32.2 or so. You should have no problem with the mentioned setup with a 2.25 level. Should look great!

my 285's are 32.7's Leveling keys and 3in BL only rub when turn sharp, but only rubs on mud flaps
