Does anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for the fan switch for a '96 K1500 W/ 5.7L and A/C?

I have melted my 3rd fan switch in less than a year. The source of the heat seems to be the ground wire, but I'd like to know more about all of the wiring to the switch.

You can find them on AllData There is a subscribtion fee that is good for a year, but it allows you access to all of the wiring diagrams for your vehicle as well as a wealth of other repair information. Or if you have a Public Library in your area check with the main branch, they may have the factory repair manuals in the collection, but that is not always the case. Or you can try checking in a Mitchell or Haynes manual from your local parts store.
