I have two intake manifolds that fit 2000-2003 4.8L and 5.3L GM engines (GM Part Nos: 017113697-manifold; 017113659-TB). They are brand new and have never been installed. The manifolds come with the throttle body, gaskets, and EVAP and PCV valve provisions. You can see the pictures below:
