Be thinking of some places to have the meet at, preferably some place without a lot of traffic and access to a freeway (or somewhere that you can go WOT). Large parking lots are a plus!

I am not real familiar with San Antonio so the where is better decided by the ones who know. I would like to ask to have close or consecutive time slots for my two trucks. I will be traveling two hours (Victoria) to the meet.

For those of you who are signed up for this San Antonio Blackbear tune meet... what do you think about having it at San Antonio Raceway http://www.sanantonioraceway.com/schedule.htm ? IMO it would be nice to do a "before and after" test. Below is their schedule for the June 19th-21st weekend and I am awaiting response from one of their contacts as to whether or not they will give our group a discounted rate...

there wouldnt be any place to do testing with all the people there. Friday is a decent crowd, Sat is insanely packed and never been to a harley meet.

ok guys, got confirmation that it would be fine to use the parking lot at my buddies place. This place is close to Six Flags Fiesta TX, Bass Pro Shops, a Nice outdoor mall, and an IMAX theatre for you guys traveling. There are plenty of streets and open hwy to tune on.
