  1. Cutting the holes are not bad as long as you lay out the templates. Triple check your measurements from there it’s just cutting. As far as leaks pick up a can of Right Stuff let me tell you that stuff ain’t no joke I put a bead around the foam seal. I have used this stuff before it def works. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Yea def don’t need a punch I went to staples and bought oak tag paper and made the 3 templates for the lights. I taped off the top of the truck with painters tape I taped the templates to the roof. Traced the 3 square holes out once I was set on measurements. Used a Dremel with the cut off wheel. Let me tell you cut through like butter minimal sparks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I can check but I don’t think I do let me look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. When I was searching forums to do this Mod you can get a vin from a 2015 or other years with similar options that your truck has. Just cross reference part numbers should be the same. I stripped mine down because it had the GPS wire and a couple others I had already so I didn’t wanna dig and remove them. I wound up with 2 wires total wasn’t really worth it. You can make a harness and just harness tape it for a fraction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yes there is a harness but there are several depending on options. Test the pass side fuse panel for that parking light pin. Mine did not have power so most of the harness was useless. You could easily make your own harness if you have to end up cutting that plug off and wiring it directly. I had to tap into the marker light door wire by the pass kick panel. I would have saved the 110$ if I tested this prior. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Open the pass side fuse panel the is a spot where a plug would go can’t remember the number. You can clearly see it pin 3 left side is the marker light pin. If you order the factory harness it will plug right in no cutting splicing at all. I did this on my 2015. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. You can use a 18 console a few differences one being able to remove the cup holders on the 14 to 16,s. Also the 18s come with a 2 port USB with in and out so hooking everything up is a little easier. Reach out to Pgamboa for a harness he can hook you up on the wiring side of things. It’s a great Mod changes the whole look of the interior. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I soldered the hot and ground didn’t burn anything peel back a inch of the coating wrapped the footwell wire around. Little solder took right in. Wrapped with harness tape. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I bought the street glow one was like 80$ going strong 3 years now transferred it to my 18 from my 15 Silverado. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. OMG me to bought a 18 LTZ that had it drove it for a day drive it right back no thank you. Make a disable button or something it’s horrible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It also looks like they added the Heads up display on the windshield which is pretty cool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was just talking about this I agree with you on the 19’s I like the Sierra getter then the Silverado. But up to the 19’s I like the Silverados better lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Did you cut out any of the floor liner? I had to cut out around the sub the seat wouldn’t sit flat unless I cut it out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That’s true good point that I am not sure of just figured it would be a cleaner signal going from sub to sub. I sent kicker a email to see. Any other way to find out if it’s high or low. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I mean just thinking out loud why run the wire to the front kick panel when I have a sub connection right on the back wall. I have seen people hook up amps to this connector on the Bose. I assume it should work the same for the kicker setup. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
