  1. My 2016 Duramax LTZ has the easy out feature where the driver's seat slides back for easy egress when you shut truck off. Is there a way to limit how much the seat travels and leans back? Recently I noticed that the seat back almost reclines into the back seat when using this feature. Is there a way to adjust this? I know I can adjust the preset driving position but don't know if there is a way to adjust how much it reclines when getting out. Thanks.
  2. More often than not when trying to initiate a hands free, voice activated phone call I get an audio message telling me voice activated calling is not available. I've confirmed my phone is connected via Bluetooth and I'm able to receive hands free calls. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
  3. Start the music app in your phone first. Either create a playlist or hit shuffle.
  4. Nitto Terra Grapplers G2 35/11.5/20 (stock wheels), 2.5" level kit, Bilstien shocks, labor = $2,100.00 tax, tag and title, out the door.
  5. 2016 Butte Red 35/11.5/20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s 2.5" Suspension Maxx leveling kit Bilstein Shocks
  6. My USB ports in the console have never worked. Waiting for a few warranty items to get them all fixed at once.
  7. Recently put 35/11.5/20's Nitto Terra Grappler G2's . Suspension Maxx 2.5 leveling kit with Bilstien Shocks. Could've gone with 12.5s but erred on the side of caution. Terra Grapplers ride pretty well.
  8. Anyone care to post photos of the set ups? Thanks, Marc
  9. Hi All! My 2016 Duramax LTZ has a flat black shark fin and I noticed the High Country model has a color matched shark fin. I like the looks of the colored one and was wondering about ordering one and switching them out. Does anyone have knowledge of how they are removed? Are they matched to the truck or is is just an "antenna" that can be swapped out for a different one? Thanks, in advance. Marc
  10. I just did the same thing yesterday. I used my Sea Tow app on my phone. It was dead nuts accurate with the speedometer.
  11. How wide are the stock 20" wheels? I'm thinking of going with 295/55/20 as these are closest to the stock 265/60/20 that came on the truck. Would the the stock 20" wheels be wide enough? Thanks,
  12. I'm looking for a Z71 grill to replace the chrome LTZ grill on my 2016 Duramax. Is there a used parts section on the forum? Thanks,
  13. I was actually thinking of doing this to my LTZ. I like the look of the black Z71 grill but at over $400 clams I figured I'd paint the one I had and see how that looks first.
  14. What made you check it to see if it was accurate in the first place and how did you check it?
  15. Just filled up and these are the results: DIC set to last 400 mi. = 16.7 Trip B set to 400 mi. = 17.2 Actual fill up after 400 mi =14.5. My usual drivng loop is about 30% 45 mph with a few stops and 70% around town with normal traffic, stop signs and various stops. I'm short more than 2 mpg between actual and the most conservative DIC measurements. Had it a month and haven't had the chance to go much faster than 55 mph yet.
