  1. Def a dmax option.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Battery is on no matter what Ground is constant Accessory is retained accessory, on when key is on and for a period of time after until a door open or close trigger occurs. Crank accessory activates when the engine is turned over...as in for activation of some high amperage needs that you don't want running without alternator generating current to replenish. There's another power source that's a touch more complicated but I can build a harness to supply it as well. Inadvertent battery power. Essentially it's battery power that cuts 20 min after the last door opens or closes when the ignition is off. It also turns off if the battery voltage drops but it turns off with enough power left to crank engine. All of these are 12v or ground. I don't pin any serial data or reference voltage unless there is a specific request I have verified is appropriate and won't cause issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. To be clear....the truck has an open port to have extra items added to it. These plugs were provided by gm to have things added. They just don't provide an already assembled plug to hook to. If bought, the lower quality wire smaller gauge and connector would be over $50 from gm at wholesale pricing. I simply built a pre assembled harness with better stuff and color coded it. I also provide the support and warranty the product. I also crimp and solder every single connection. It's simply tough, and ready. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. The plug goes straight into the connector under that cover. Then you connect to the wires on my harness to power anything you need. I color code them so you just connect to the right wire and ground. That's how it's plug and play. The harness is ready to ship for you. Just hook whatever you want to the wires coming out of the harness and plug it into the open port in your truck. Just pm or email me your name, shipping address, email address and year model trim. I'll email you a PayPal invoice and ship within that night in most cases. I usually send tracking numbers the immediate night. I also provide help with wiring and schematic info that's provided by gm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Gm Chevy is all the same. This plug us 14-17. This will not work for a 10.. I'm currently building one for a 12 so I will see how far back that goes. It's a different plug but same premise. I'm a little backed up from holidays but I'll get it done abd accommodate anyone I can. I make sure I have it right and prebuilt once I offer it. I ship same day once the harness is offered. It plugs into the upfitter port in the junction box to the left of the pedals. And provides these factory fused outputs. If the 10 isn't covered, I will R & D and build the harness for you too. Just have to source parts and develop price but it will be close I'm sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yeah I've got a 16 2500 ltz and I'm also curious. Only two companies make them comparable with park assist so in curious if anyone has one abd it works. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Gm upfitter website Go to your year model then electrical. If you have any problems I can email you the PDF. Be very careful with pin outs. They display facing the plug view, not how it looks installed in the truck. Verify placement, wire color and function (i.e. Voltage, ground, serial data etc) or you can make a costly mistake. Just fair warning lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. For anyone who wants the why behind the science.... The Silverado works on a variable voltage "wake" up lock pulse system. The first pulse wakes it and it stays at 5v which in effect locks the PAC into a waiting for pulse finish state. This negates the 5 second pulse count timer and makes it drop upon park when the pulse finishes. The brake light break circuit relay restores timer and also prevent tailgate from dropping while driving and further allows us the ability to turn the mod off/on with a setting within the vehicle. The setting idled the effect us because courtesy lights tell us remote worked. Questions/comments? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. So i solved it. It's pretty simple and requires an additional relay. Essentially run the power wire thru 86a (normally closed) term on a Bosch relay and trigger it to break when the brake lights are triggered. Tap that in the trailer harness. That breaks the pulse cycle and allows the tr7 to function normally. I can write this up for anyone or prebuilt an entire kit for $200 that you just tap the described wires and install. I'm happy to help anyone to get it to work. With the relay I described, you can turn the option on and off with the unlock light feedback option in the hmi of the truck. Essentially I designed it to be able to turn it off while towing or anytime to prevent accidental drop. When unlocking, the courtesy lights come on so you know the remote worked. When the light feedback option is on, the brake/turn signals flash, which would break the relay. When the option is off....a triple unlock will drop the tailgate. If there is enough requests, I'll edit a write up the solution. I'll sell the prewired/programmed PAC module kit for $200 plus shipping. I'll post video explanations upon request. 11. I am selling a harness in other forums that supplies battery power, accessory power and ground without tapping into any circuits. It's plug n play 2 battery sources, 2 accessory sources and 1 ground from the x7 connector in the cab to left of the pedals. I provide support with wiring and warranty my harness. $45 plus tax/shipping. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. To be clear, the upfitter package hasn't worked without a ton of additional wiring so I don't reply send those wires now. I'm happy to provide them to anyone but I forgot I had them posted for $40 without. Essentially I'm selling the harness for $45 and it won't let me edit the post. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. These sources are fused under the hood and I think one was in the passenger door fuse block. I will look into specific fuse numbers and publish. Also, I will provide any support needed for anyone that has one of my harnesses. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. So the upfitter option is great, it's 4 wires from factory slotted relays. The big problem is that most trucks don't have the wires in the harness, which takes extensive work to accomplish. Of the trucks I tested, none had the wires to utilize it. Essentially the option is 4 more wires in the connector which statistically are not plug and play. There's an rpo code that will show if you have them or not, but from my research, if the truck has the wires, it's already set up with aux switches. For most people, the benefit of this harness is 2 battery sources, two accessory sources and a ground all in one neat, reliable plug n play harness. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Yessir. Pm with name, mailing address, model trim and year of truck, email address to send PayPal invoice and your phone number. I have a few ore built ready to ship. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
