Thank you, really loving the truck so far. Had some doubts at first, selling my 2011 Silverado was bittersweet, I loved that truck. Here's a pic of the old rig. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sorry, must've missed this post, love the running boards. Really sturdy, no flex at all, install was a piece of cake. You'll love the fuel beasts also, post a pic once you get them put on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Glad you found out, that link I posted now goes to 07-13, very weird. I did find it on the gm-trucks shop as well if Ebay doesn't work out. And I agree, probably one of my favorite mods so far as far as bang for your buck goes. Thought about painting the bowtie on my keyfob as well lol, I think I am going overboard. http://store.gm-trucks.com/steering-wheel-bowtie-overlay-decal-2014-2017-silverado/
  7. Yea, I completely agree, the dash/tech in the Toyotas is definitely outdated. I almost signed a deal on a 4Runner before getting my 17 Silverado. Also, the MPGs are pretty bad as well, not a huge deciding factor for me, but if you drive a lot, they'd be pretty rough on the wallet for a SUV. The 4Runner also felt very top heavy when I test drove it, like it was too tall and narrow, but maybe it just takes some getting used to. Can't argue with the dependability though, I see more 90s 4runners than maybe any kind of vehicle in my area, they seem to last forever. Also, I'm not a Jeep guy, but the new grand cherokees look pretty good and I'm sure are very capable off-road. Like the other guys, I think a camper shell would be a nice compromise as well. I'd just go test drive a few SUVs and see if anything really stands out for you, that's my $.02. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Yea I like it better without them as well, I like some of the chrome parts, but some stuff is a little bit overboard for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yea, if you cover shipping, I'll send them to you no problem, not sure how much it's gonna be, but I can't imagine it'll be much. Shoot me a message. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Alright, I'm sold, thanks for the pics guys. Country_09 did you take off the chrome window molding as well? The black looks good. I like that you guys kept the chrome handles and mirror caps as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hey guys, Looking for pics with the chrome molding removed, I circled the part I am talking about in the pic below (disregard my childish circle drawing skills). Taking off the Silverado letters this week, and am thinking of pulling off that molding as well. Thanks in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Yea I figured that would be the case, luckily the shake isn't too terrible and I don't do a ton of highway driving. Still sucks a $47k truck rattles around like that. Thank you for the response, I'll start checking around the local shops for that road force balance machine and see if I can reduce the issue if nothing else. Thanks again. 13. Hey guys, so I've read back a ways and apologize if this has been covered in previous posts. But, I have a 2017 Silverado 1500 crew cab and am getting the shakes in the 70-80 range. I only have 6k miles on the truck, but have a level and aftermarket rims and tires. My shake isn't terrible but it's enough to rattle around the ice and water in a yeti type cup and make noise. My questions is, with the aftermarket parts I have on the truck, should the dealership be giving me issues with warranty work related to the shake? I'd be willing to pay them to balance, etc if we can then cross it off the list of potential causes, but just wanna be prepared for what I'm gonna be up against. The shake was happening before any aftermarket parts but unfortunately I don't have any evidence of that. If someone has personal experience, feel free to message me, I'm sure this has been covered in the 700+ pages but couldn't find anything in the reading I've done. Thanks in advance for the help! 15. Sounds about right for FL lol. Not sure if I'd rather run into a jewfish or a shark. I feel like there's a bad joke in there somewhere..
