Does anyone have one of these driver arm rests on their truck?

I love my new truck, but the window ledge on the 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD is too narrow and I can't get my left arm in a comfortable position when driving. After a long drive, my left elbow is sore. My old Ford had a 4 inch ledge and was very comfortable after long drives. The arm rest on the GMC is too low and I am constantly shifting looking for a better driving position.
