Last summer I installed a Crystalux Wood Dash Kit.  $100 from Central4WD.com.  Adds a nice classy touch to the dash and it has held up very well with only 3M tape on the back.  I skipped the glove box and arm rest covers, looked like a little too much.  Highly recommend if you're looking to spruce up the cab interior a little -
