100,000 Mile Service.

Recommended Posts

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe as some of you know, it is ushing 118,000 miles. I bought it with 115,567 miles on it and from what I can tell it does not have the 100,000 mile service done on it. Dealership did not know if it had already been done(which means no, they dont want to say it doesnt because it might turn me off of buying the vehicle) I am wondering what needs to be done at this mileage. Obviously Oil change and change all other fluids and check/change what else? It has the autoride on it and 4 wheel drive... Please let me know! Thanks!

Did you already check the owners manual to see what items are serviced and at what interval??

If you just bought it...I'd change every fluid/filter unless you have proof its been done already. Thats just me, but better to be safe than sorry with a vehicle maintained by someone else..... well, hopefully they maintained it....
