2011 2500hd Door Sill Area.

Recommended Posts

Hello All,

Does anyone know of a company that offers black vinyl door sill protection for the 2011 2500HD's? The guy I use for my 3M Scotch-Cal recommended going with this type of product for paint/wear protection in the door sill area VS. his 3M product because even though the paint would be protected the black product won't show the scuffing like the clear Scotch-Cal would. He told me that it is available/has seen it but did not know who the company was who actually offers/sells the product.

Please inform!

Thanks,

-John

I also have a gmt-900 and was looking for "scuff shields" for the

door rocker panel ledge. The Vent-visor co. makes door sill scuff

shields for the gmt-800 and 400 models and I used them on my

other trucks but NO luck with the gmt-900 !

I also thought of using a piece of the "invisible bra" stuff to protect

them.

3M Invisible bra is avail. by the roll at most auto body supply houses

or on line.

Ryan,

Could you show us a shot of the front door area to show how the step guards cover? Thanks,

Joe
