Can some of you guys post pictures of 285/70/17 on factory 7.5" wide wheels and also on aftermarket 9 inch wide wheels. I am interested in how the tread width looks compared to how wide the rim is. Some 45 degree angled pictures would be great for perspective. Also some 285/65/18 or 305/60/18 would also be nice. Just please list the wheel width.

I am torn between ordering a set of 285/70/17 tires for my factory wheels or just ordering a 285 or 305 package on a 9" wide wheel. All the pictures I can find from the sellers are stock pictures and don't always match the true product being sold.

Yes. I thought about going with a 9 inch wheel but all the 285 pictures I have seen show the tread narrower than the wheel. It's kind of a reversed ballooned look. Your picture looks darned near perfect.

lol thanks man...yeah tint looks good on black trucks. I would much rather trade my tint for your lift, tires, & rims though! :seeya:
