Nice trucks guys, OJ that is quite a transformation.

Thanks Paul. It is the result of little projects over the period of a year. With two show vehicles, I had to go with the WT model to get is past my "finance minister." Once I got it, I couldn't drive no ugly truck, so I just nickel and dimed it until I got it looking half decent. Inside, I have also added the DIC conversion panel, factory carpet, and WET OKOLE neoprene seat covers which everyone thinks is custom seats. It is very gratifying when another truck guy recognizes the transformation I created. Thanks again!

Your welcome OJ! I'm still pretty new to the whole truck thing. Thursday was the one week anniversary for when I picked up my GMC. I'm in love it's nice driving something that isn't a 4 banger ricer. lol

Here is my 06, plain ole truck with an 8' box, 4.8, auto. Added the tonneau Cover, then Dual exhaust and a year ago a set of wheels off a 2010 silverado

This is right after I got it. Only thing I had done at his point was a toolbox and switched to 265/70/17 instead of 245's.

The current look:

I regret not getting a Z71. I have put a 3" lift on and it is barely higher than a stock 4x4. I am thinking about adding a leveling kit and then I will be done. I plan to buy a new or slightly used Z71 when finish college in 2012.

I couldn't agree more! Those two pictures almost look like completely different trucks.
