Hello, new to the forum and just purchased my first new GM truck. Trading in my '04 Tundra for a '12 Sierra SLT 1500 6.2 with max trailering pkg. in carbon metallic. Can't wait to pick it up, in fact i haven't even seen it in person yet. Sounds like the 6.2 is a real beast! Will post up pic's when I bring her home hopefully tomorrow. Looks like a great forum with lots of good info, so thanks in advance for sharing your knowlege!

I have an 08 Silverado Texas Edition w/ the 5.3 and was thinking of getting a new truck next year and have been thinking about the exact truck you are buying. Let me know how it handles!
