I got a 8.1 2500 hd and I can't find a repair manual to save my life for this truck anyone know where to get one? Thanks.

Helms. They supply GMs factory service manuals.

That's a photo repair manual for the 8.1? Because I have seen some but only cover very little of it.

I don't know if they have stickly engine manuals or if you will have to buy the complete set for the truck. It wil however give you everything, with pictures/diagrams on servicing the engine or whole truck.
