Will remote start addon affect custom tune

Hi Guys.

 

I realize this is probably dumb question and probably know the answer but wanted to to put my mind at easy. I have a BBP Autocal tune installed and am schduled to get a remote start next week at the stealership. Its the OEM with the replacement one-way key fobs kit.

 

They will have reprogram the computer to accept the new option. But that should not affect the autocal tune, correct? I believe the are completely separate parts of the system but wanted to make sure.

Dealer will be flashing the BCM. Tune will be fine

Since you have the AutoCal, I would go back to stock just in case.
