We run 3 9600's, it'll be interesting to try out a newer machine sometime. The 9600's are staying in our operation a long time though due to low maintenance costs and reliability. I'd love to cut in Australia, especially with such a mean looking service truck!

Yeah, they take soil compaction there very seriously (the area I was in anyway). We had to run in tram lines, which was very new to me. Yes, the extensions are factory, and everything folds with a touch of a button on the GS3 monitor, and they are water tight when they fold down, so no racing to get into the shed when a storm is a brewin'

Yeah we've cut some like that. It is really rough, the soil actually gets pushed into little mounds from the no till drill. JMO, but working it different directions makes more sense, as if the tracks are in different places every year the soil quality is affected there for only 1 year. Plus I hate rough fields! :lol:
