What's the little white box velcrowed under the glove box?

Whats the little white im asuming is another computer velcroed to the back side of the dash under the glovebox with 1 wire conector on it . i know its not the ecm whith red and blue conector .

On my '95 IIRC it's part of the ABS system.Unplug it and the ABS light should come on,not sure what it does though.

Its OEM and uses Velcro ?! 1 wire, as in it has one single conductor coming to the box? Sounds suspicions...
