I just noticed this thread! I have been following since circa 2005, and even with the new rules I'm still hanging on.

As for many, I can't stand the engines that sound like vacuums.

I used to watch formula 1 years ago, I still will occasionally catch a race if it happens to be on. I liked back when they had V10's that simply screamed when they wound them up. Now they're putting really tiny engines in them with turbos? I guess they will make close to as much power but it just won't be the same.

Turbos eh?!.... That should make for one good variables.

New engines sound like vacuums. Not digging the sound but the racing has been very good so far, even if the two Mercedes are always winning but at least they are allowed to fight each other to the death!

I'm looking forward to the start of the European leg in Barcelona...
