How can I find out the stat of a truck I order? I have talk to the dealer and they are waiting for a answer from Gmc also. Gmc systems don't have a update for the shipping of my Truck. I order this truck in January 2014 and I'm waiting. Help me under stand this anyone please Before I give up on this order..

I ordered mine 2 days ago and got a call today that GM already pulled my order into production schedule. I'm expecting mine a lot earlier than originally thought

i ordered mine in january and am still waitng for gm to give me a build date, whats up ?

dealer told me gm had shortage of 220 amp alternators, then mine was allocated one and was brought up to the next step, then 2 weeks later brought back down, i ordered on jan 26 and still as of 4/12 have no build date and no answers from GMC. this has been a horrible buying experience and would cancel order if there were any other trucks out there that meet my specs( 2wd, slt, reg cab, v8 2015). Any ideas guys ? any GM reps reading this ? I am in the northeast area and dont really want to throw dealership out there, but am getting fed up. is it a production line thing ?
