2014 Sierra 3 inch lift 35 inch tires?

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra All-Terrain with a 3 inch body lift. I would like to fit rockstar 2s with a -12 offset and 35s is this possible with trimming and a 35x12.5r18 tire I cannot lift the truck anymore unless I get an adjustable suspension cause I am paralyzed and I need to make sure that my ramp goes all the way down to the ground for my wheelchair. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anybody's interested I will be selling the rims and tires after I buy my new set. There is less than 100 miles on the truck since october
