Changing 5.3 to a 6.0

I have found a 6.0L but it's from a 08 and I need to know what all I'd need or if it would work on my 2000? And if I would what all would I need to put it in?

Basically whole engine harness and trans harness. Trans computer and engone computer, new gas electronic throttle pedal because 08 only came with an electronic throttle body. The LQ4 and LQ9 will be the most cost effective and easiest tp swap because they are plug and play and you can still use your cable throttle body. The LQ4 can be had cheap as well

Just pass on the gen 4 engine whetyer it is an L76 or an LY6. It isnt worth it. Find an LQ4 or LQ9 long block. Your manifold, injectors, front accessories, and everything else will bolt to it. Drop in, plug in, tune, and have fun

Skip it. Find one out of a 2001-06 Esclade, Denali, 02-06 2500, 03-06 SS. The Escalade and SS 6.0 preferred
