On my 2013, there were two fuses to the DRL's. I have disabled the DRL's on every vehicle I have owned since this stuff came about. Just me. As a commercial driver with over 5 million miles under my belt, I think I know the right conditions to turn headlights on. There are situations, like off road around livestock, that I don't want the DRL's working and it is just easier to disable the feature than play with knobs every time. It is not a government mandate anyway, just a GM thing.

Under the hood pull top of fuse box off and follow the map, should be one or two of the cube style ones and a little 10-25 amp one
