1997 s10 no dummy lights, no crank, no start weird issues

I have a 1997 s10 with the 4.3 vortec. I did a tune up to the vehicle, went to start the vehicle and she cranked a couple times and then nothing. The problem I am having now is that I have no dummy lights minus the Seatbelt and airbag light, check gauge light works when voltage is low on the battery. The oil pressure gauge works as does the volts gauge. The fuel pump is not priming either. This is all with the key in the run position. I have replaced the starter, ignition switch and checked all grounds and fuses. I cant wrap my head around what could be causing this issue. I hope some one here has had this issue, I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure it all out.

I'm not a hundred percent sure were they all are, I will look at those tomorrow. I just wonder what I did during the tune up that might have caused one of those to blow. Electrical gremlins get me every time.
