Ordering constraints

GM is certainly messed up a lot with trying to get the new SUV's out, compromising the K trucks. I knew this, and unfortunately, when we decide we're ready to buy, it starts to build a little demon in us. So I was about 1-2 months into this, and finally gave up and told my dealer to find any SLT 6.2 Std bed around. It looks like they built a small lot of them in Jan for Feb-March delivery, and we found about 4 of them in 100mi. radius. Picked the one closest to my wants, and I got it. My dealer is great and even traded his S.Denali (5.3) for it. I'm guessing I would have had to wait until Fall to get it perfect which I didn't want to do. Love the new truck, 6.2 and new 6sp tuning is amazing (coming from an '11 6.2). Only hate is the headlights, which look like 70's sealed beams. Real problem driving at night now. Hope to fix aftermarket asap.
