Red head lights aren't legal and tinting your taillights are also illegal in all 50 states. You might want to check your state but most states adopt the federal laws.

My lights are fine, I don't drive with them on so I'm not breaking any laws. If I'm parked or in a private parking lot I can turn them into a dance club if I'd like and it's legal haha. You are correct though, tinting my tailights is not legal, but according to the CHP here if I buy aftermarket tailights I can go nuts with them and do whatever I please. So I'm considering buying those sweet LED tailights I've seen on here and having them smoked.

Let's see those reverse LED pods you installed please.

I'll get some pictures of the output for ya tonight. 307xm3l.jpg

sweet build man, what's the details on the HIDs as per the ballasts and harness type options on their site?

Thanks man, the HID's for the headlights are from The Retrofit Source. They are D2S Bulbs, 5000K in color and they are running with 35w ballasts. The harness is also from the retrofit source and I also have some Kensun warning canceller's to prevent any flickering/buzzing. The Fog light HID's are from HIDGUY.net and those are 5202 bulbs, 5000k in color along with 25w ballasts. I went ahead and purchased the plug & play kit form them so you don't have to splice any wires.

I hope you know you've been nominated for truck of the month lol.

I didn't know, that's pretty awesome haha!

As requested here's a pic of the pod's light output. The passenger's side pod doesn't seem to put out the same amount of light as the driver's side. If anyone has any idea why I'd love to know. Moto maybe? Lol

Oh OK I thought you were just running their 9012 kit. So do the DS2 bulbs fit in the stock projectors or did you replace them too?

No the D2S bulbs fit the new FXR projectors. The 9012 or 9006 bulbs will fit in the stock projectors.
