Power Seat Options Availability

I'm on my first Sonoma SLS, after having owned as S10 SL, and I love the Vortec engine.

I don;t seem to be able to find the right seating position, though, with the manual seats in my Sonoma.

Can someone please confirm which vehicles of this style, and during what production period, were available with power seats?
