Well just yesterday Black Bear happened to be in Michigan and what better time then to get a tune from them since all iv heard is nothing but good things. Well now i see why! Simply amazing, Super friendly and know what they are doing. Makes you go through a bunch of steps to tune it correctly and lets you know the whole way what he is doing. Very good price and only take about a hour. But the end results...Holy Poop! i seen a huge difference, really woke my truck up, it really gets up now and the shifting is spot on and i gained 4mpg. I FULLY RECOMMEND GETTING A TUNE FROM BLACK BEAR PERFORMANCE ! p.s. Run good gas i was running 87oct from speedway and on his computer he could see that and made my engine ping, said there 87 was really 83 which is a rip off. I filled premium and you can really tell a difference.

Is he still in Michigan? If so I'd like to get a custom tune, while he's still in town.

HI Brad ....... I to have been waiting for Justin to come to MI. I had him do my 2010 2500 on Friday. I was just wondering if he did your truck you have listed? He also noticed pinging in my truck, but I filled up with Shell 87 on the way down. I did fill it back up with Sunoco 89 on the way home I picked up just over a mile more per gallon. I was wondering if you had mods to your truck? I am getting a new set of tires in the fall so that might help a little with mpg. You are right, the truck seems like a whole new truck. The shifting is spot on. I had him tune it more toward towing as I have an enclosed snowmobile trailer and a 2 place PWC trailer that we tow. The main thing that I wanted in the tune was the trans hunting for a gears when towing on the x-way. He corrected that and then some.......THANKS Justin.

Tim, this was the first time that Justin came to MI. Hopefully he will have another event in the future. If not and you can make it to one in OH or IN, it's definitely worth going to.

Rv245 I have no mods...I had the link but fill up premium now and u see a difference. More pricey but truck runs better an better fuel economy
