Pretty sure those are soldered into the circuit board. You'll be hard-pressed to find just the bulb.

I ordered replacement bulbs from LMC truck. They were the same exact ones and i soldered them in and it was a total of 18 dollars. Wouldnt that be adequate for the replacement?
