RCP
This problem started as an intermittent thing and has progressively gotten worse and worse. It primarily hapens upon turning (right or left make no difference). I thought it was perhaps the wheel bearings so I replaced the wheel bearing assemblies on both sides yet the problem persist. Anyways, not sure where to try next. Any help would be appreciated! Truck is a 09 Silverado 1500 with approx. 105k on it and is a 2WD.
Beer Belly
could it be something rubbing ??
RCP
Don't think so when I originally started looking I jacked it up, turned the wheels both ways and spun the wheels and could not find it rubbing on anything. However, there is no noise when the suspension is unloaded (or on a jack) making it hard to locate. After its let back down and the weight of the truck is on it the noise is back. DaveH71
What do your brakes look like? Pay attention to the inside pad especially, and check the dust shields for proper clearance from the rotors.
