Rims and tires without leveling or lift kit 2014 Silverado

Whaaaaat's up!

 

I have my old rims and tires from my jeep, they are 305/60r18. I will have to use a bolt adapter/spacer 2''.

 

Anyone know if this will clear? My buddy thinks it will only rub when doing wide turns, I'm not so sure about it.

 

If it does rub, does this cause any harm to the truck?

Adapters are sketchy. They might fit if you had a wheel that fit similarly to stock backspace.

No way your going to run that size without a lift or leveling kit without major rub. You have to be nuts for running a 2" wheel spacer, I have heard and seen them crack from the stress they are put under. You are messing with disaster by running wheel spacers in that size.

I put 305/60-18 tires on truck without a level and had no rubbing. It's close but the stock wheels have the right offset to make it happen. A change in offset one way or the other and you'll get rubbing.
