STINSAN3
Well guys, the girlfriend and I test drove a '14 Chevy Cruze LT today. Her dad use to have one and she really liked it. I'm like ehhh, let's go test drive one & see how they are. Well, I was actually impressed by the little car. I know they're very popular selling car. But I just don't understand why, until today. It had plenty of power, test drove one on the interstate and parts around town. I didn't feel cramped at all, me being 6'2". I like the Chevy My Link, it's big and very helpful. With that being said, it had the technology package, fog lights and it was black. It didn't have power seats, which I found really weird. Do they have em on the LTZ's? Plus, do they have heated or ac seats? I like the car overall, plenty of power and it was smooth. We also thought about getting the RS package, but is worth it? Is the Diesel worth getting? Since there is people on here that has the Chevy Cruze. How much you like em? Pros and cons? I would like to have some feedback, if possible. We have narrowed it down to this and an Outlander Sport. Gonna be be the wifes car, I will use it also. Thanks guys! Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Daryl Z71
Here's mine. It's a 2014 1LT with the RS Package. I really like it. Gets great fuel mileage, has decent power, and it's comfortable. Definitely get the RS Package, it's well worth the money. Comes with the Z Link rear suspension, different front and rear bumpers with side ground effects, and different gauges along with other interior accents different from the lower trims. Daryl Z71
Does your have power or heated seats? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk Neither. I think you have to get the driver convenience package to get power seats, but I'm not 100% sure...

That's the only downfall I didn't like. Seemed like I was setting up too high. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk There's a lever on the side you can pump up or down to adjust the seat height. Did you try it?

MD Chevy
My buddy has an RS. He is 6'4" and he loves it. We went on a 3 hour road trip. Road really well and was ok comfort wise. I made a comment about the seat back. It seemed to narrow. He said the seats are narrower in the RS vs non-RS. Not sure how true that is, but something to look at. Other than that it was a really nice 'big' car to be in.
Daryl Z71
Here's a picture of the lever. Don't mind the dirt, I've been making part runs all weekend for the Silverado.

Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk I have about 12,000 miles on mine with no issues. My Wife's 2012 is a different story though. Has 63,000 miles on it so far. Has had both mirror covers on the sun visors break off with hardly any use, the trunk button stopped working just outside of warranty, the water pump was replaced once, and the PCV valve has gone bad twice now within a 30k mile period. Also one day she got in it to leave work, and her brakes wouldn't work. Left it sit for about a half hour, and they've worked fine ever since. Seems like every month were at the dealer with it getting something fixed. Also the PCV Valve is built into the valve cover making it an even bigger job to replace. STINSAN3
Man that sucks. Must have gotten a lemon or something. Ever gonna trade in and get something else? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Daryl Z71
Yea I'd say if it keeps it up it'll end up being traded in. The dealer said if the PCV issue keeps happening they will replace it even out of warranty, but I can't imagine that happening too many times. I like mine a lot, but I regret getting it now because of how my Wife's Cruze is. I'm just hoping mine is a better car...
