99 chevy blazer abs light

Ive got a 99 chevy blazer with the abd light on continuously and Im not sure how to go about diagnosing the issue. I also have a problem in the rear end. The passenger side wheel doesnt seem to want to spin all the time and im not sure if thats a wheel bearing issue or if it could be inside the differential. I recently replaced the rotor for this wheel because it had siezed up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am new to working on this vehicle
