Thinking about leveling my 13' 1500 CC and running 20's and a 275/60r20. Looking for some input on that tire. It looks like its a LT 4 ply tire (cooper ltz). Benefits or drawbacks to goin with that tire vs a 10 ply? If anyone has any pics i would love to see them.

I am having a set of 275/60r20 Toyo AT2s installed this Saturday on my 2014 Silverado (which is leveled - 2"). I will post pictures once finished. Decided on this size due to NO chances of rubbing and the mostly highway miles I drive. Decided on the Toyo AT2s for their looks and 65k mileage warranty.

I have that exact set up on my truck. I have a 2" rough country leveling kit and MB Gunner 6 rims with 275/60/20 Cooper LTZ's. I really like the set up. The tires ride great and look good too. I currently have no pictures of it yet.

you have pictures of this setup from a front or back angle?

Sorry I took so long to reply.. these pics are the best I have right now as I just got back from OBX.. hope these help

Cleared these tires with ease airing them down to 20lbs and going over the dunes, everyday driving, on the hunting trails, etc. Can a bigger tire be stuffed in there, yes, but as they say .. "been there, done that"

smpldezine, how do you like this tire so far?

I am torn between the 285-55-20 and the 275-60-20. I know the 285 is a 10 ply LT E range tire and the 275 is a 4ply P tire. I like the aggressive look of the 285's but not sure I need a 10 ply tire.

I have 275-60-20 Coopers on my truck now and they only measure 32" tall which is strange. Wondering if the 275-60-20 Toyo is actually 33" as it states.

Any help or info you could give would be awesome! Thanks in advance!

I was on the same fence and having run 10 plys in the past, I knew I did not NEED them for most of my driving. Installed on the truck they measure out to 32" +/- 1/4". I wish I could have gone taller without going into the E range and adding at least 15lbs at each corner. They were a perfect size/weight for 15K miles a year on the highway and a few miles on the back roads. They are much more aggresive looking than the previous Toyo ATs and ride the same as the HT tires that came off the truck.
