Can I replace this Bulb ? w/ Pic

SG Lou

Question

03 Silverado, Light is out only on the P-R-N-D-etc, etc. Is there an individual bulb just for that ?

I have had a Gauge Cluster out once before so removal is not an issue.

Has anyone else had this go out and if so what the bulb part number ?

Yes. You'd either have to repair or replace the cluster to fix the PRNDL issue.

Thank you Sir ! I appreciate the answer !

As for the fix?...I'm over the time limit imposed by GM on Gauge Cluster replacement so it will stay the way it is !

You can drive the truck with the cluster out. Plenty of guys on Ebay do repair with great feedback. You probably can find someone in your area that is doing the repairs

No particular order or preference

If it helps, that is more than likely either made up of either one or two vacuum fluorescent displays (seen em' both ways). Since elements near them are working, more than likely it is one or more bad solder joints or interconnecting cable. Not generally a home DYI repair, unless you work on electronics.
