will these rims fit my truck and stock tires

I'm lookn to get a new set of rims for my truck its a 02 GMC sierra 1500 2wd the tires are 255/70/16 and I'm lookn at ULTRA WHEELS TYPE 50/51 MACHINED RIM with CLEAR COAT there the closest I can find that look stock the lug pattern is right I'm just wondering about the offset and backspacing and there 5.5" and 25mm will they fit my truck and my tires also are there any other kinds that look close to stock you guys might know about I have the 5 spoke steel with chrome covers
