Difference between 2002 6.0L Downpipes?

Would there be any difference in catted downpipes between an Escalade and Sierra Denali? They both are 6.0L. Somehow, the Escalade one is $300 cheaper than the SD per side. I'm kinda at a loss and figure these have to be pretty darn close in terms of size and shape. If I can save $$$ by getting the Escalade one... maybe I'm wrong and the SUVs have a different contour than the P/Us...

Any thoughts?
