Lights upgrade

I see 03 Sierra in your profile. If its a Denali with factory projector lights the housings are fine. If it has the basic housings you need to replace them with projector housings that have a proper cutoff. I replaced mine several years ago on my 99 Sierra (NBS) with a set from Anzo. The Anzo model number is 111191 and I have been very happy with them. They look very similar to stock Denali lights but they do have the angel eyes rings and they have a proper internal cutoff so you are not blinding everyone. The beam pattern is very good. I did not connect the angel eyes part on mine (I think they look silly). I also got a Morimoto (theirs might cost $35 but it uses proper waterproof relays, still had to cut it and extend the wires for the pass side though) relay harness. Mine are tied into the drivers side connector and I used one of the factory aux power studs in the underhood fuse box (you add a 30 or 40 amp fuse and the stud becomes powered) for providing the main power for the relays. I'd not recommend powering them from the stock wires only, using relays with a heavier gauge wire will make sure the ballasts get the power they need and do not blow the stock headlight fuse(s).
