How often do you wax your truck?

Just washed/waxed my new tahoe. Nothing too complicated. Just Meguiars Gold class soap and Meguiar's Gold Plus Carnuba liquid wax. I don't use any abrasives or polishes. Just a simple wash/wax. This weekend, I plan on washing and putting a 2nd coat on focusing on the hood and hard to reach areas like the roof. My vehicle is parked outside my apt exposed to elements.

 

How often do you wash and wax your vehicle? What do you use?

In a perfect world, I'd wash mine and hers weekly, but life gets in the way. I try to look at my schedule and the weather as well. I picked up some Adam's rinseless wash, which I have yet to try out, so I'm hoping to keep them looking better more often.

About every 2-3 months with turtle wax carnauba paste.

I too use Meguiar's Gold Plus Carnuba liquid wax, applied every 2 months. I am happy with the appearance and protection.

I don't wax anything. I Been using Auto Armor on my new vehicles for the last 10 yrs and IMO is beats waxing. I don't even hand wash, touch-less car wash is all I use.

 

My 2009 CTS has never been waxed..

Maybe once a year. Just don't seem to have the time when the weather is right to wash and wax. I end up washing most times in the evening and by the time I'm done it is dark.

I wax at least every 2 weeks, makes it easy to clean and keeps tar and road grime to a minimum

2 times a year minimum. 3 times usually. UV is intense up here.
