Note 4

STINSAN3

Anyone getting or pre-ordering the Note 4? I've had the Samsung Galaxy S4 for the last year and its been the best phone I ever had.
My gf has the S5 and she really likes it. Leaps and bounds better than the S3 she did have. I was gonna upgrade to the S5, but there wasn't enough there really to make me upgrade. The Note 4 will be even more powerful than the S5.

Only thing concerns me is that its going to be bigger, only thing that concerns me really. Plus, won't be as water resistant and the S5.

Yep, preordered my Note 4 as well. Can't wait.

Have a S5 right now and this 16 gigabytes is getting on my nerves. It gets full quick. Hate moving things to SD card all the time to keep my device freed up.

Just wish Android L would be out at the same time to get everything at once.

The note 4 and Edge look impressive. Edge seems like with a case it would be somewhat pointless. I guess it depends on how they go about making cases for it.

As far as getting either one nope, not going to drop $800+ on Android's Apple equivalent with everything locked down and made harder to do what I want.

Now a google/developer edition of the note 4 maybe.

Really do wish the phone makers would put out more water resistant phones even if it's done how Sony does it with doors/flaps to seal things off.

This might sound dumb, but I could never figure out to switch to my sd card to add music, pictures and videos.

If you're taking pictures your camera app should have an option of where to save it to. Either internal or external.

Music when you add it from a computer you should see both "drives" to add it to. Faster way would probably be to just take the micro out and stick it in your comp (if you have adapter or card reader) and add the music/videos that way.

For apps there are apps that will transfer the app data to the micro for you. There is also a built in option in Android for this but I don't remember which version it started on and it's not as easy as the apps that do the same thing.

I'm thinking of getting the Note 3 as of right now. Does it work well touch wise without the stylus?

Yes it is just like using an S4 or S5 that has a larger screen. I loved the stylus for certain things.
