Sorry for not answering your question

No, my car didn't have on star button

I have chrvrolet superban LT 2011

As per catalogue which include the guidance and pictures, I should press the button which has face on it on the weel for couple of seconds

After that I should hear "ready"

But I did hear anything

If you are seeing the word "mute" on the screen then you did not hold the button down long enough, or you have the sound muted on the radio. Best way to do it is to turn radio on, tune to a radio station that is playing music, then press and hold that button the steering wheel for about 5 seconds. The music should go quiet, and you should then hear a women's voice saying something like "ready". At that point you can follow the manual. You can also use the volume up button on the steering wheel after you have pressed and held the key with the face on it just to make sure the mute is not being turned on by mistake.

After doing some looking around, I think you do not have Bluetooth support option on your truck. I am going on the assumption that "chrvrolet superban LT 2011" is a "2011 Chevrolet Suburban LT ". I do not see how you can have Bluetooth from factory and not also have OnStar. Factory Bluetooth is piggybacked onto the OnStar module. As I said earlier, you do not need to subscribe to OnStart for it to work, but, you should have OnStar installed. The mirror will have a row of buttons on it if you have OnStar.

All owners manuals have the instructions for using Bluetooth, but, at the beginning of the instructions it should say "If equipped" or something similar. To verify if your truck has Bluetooth support, go to your local GM dealer, give the parts department the VIN and ask them to look your VIN up and see if your truck came with the Bluetooth cell phone connection option. You could also look at the glove box door when opened and see if the option code for Bluetooth support is listed on that label. It will be far easier to remove the glove box door from the truck in order to get the list of option codes.

Dear Mr Scott

Thanks for your kind help

I tried what you told me

Also it dosnt work

Also I tried to press the button and increase the volume from the wheel to start hearing the radio sound

Another try by pressing the mute button the press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds

It seems there is something wrong in my car

Do we have any way to restore the setting or check it

Your help will be appreciated

Thanks

Sorry, was still waiting for the answer to does your truck have on star. If you have On Star(does not matter if you are subscribed or not), press the button on the mirror with the phone image on it. You should hear a voice say OnStar ready. When you hear that, say "Bluetooth". After you hear a reply to that, say "pair". Make sure your phone is in the pair mode(I have no idea how to set that on the phone, I refuse to try, test, look at or ever buy an apple product). Just follow the prompts now.
