Heated / Cooled Seats 2014 Silverado

The bottom drivers seat (I haven't checked the pass side yet) barely cools and does not heat at all. Is anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions?

Had a loaner truck from the dealer (2014 LTZ).....beautiful truck by the way, tried to buy it, missed by $40 on the payment. Anyhow, it had the cooled seats......I didn't like the feel of something blowing on my.....well, you know.....but if I could get used to it, I could see it being helpful on those hot days....the heated seats ???....my Wife has those, along with the steering wheel, on her new Nissan Maxima...love it !

Take it back to the dealer? The cooled seats in the GM's felt better than any other brand I felt. Seriously felt like I was straddling a window AC unit sitting on its side. Loved it!
