Plus 1 wheel & tire size recommendations

I have a 2006 GMC Sierra SLE 1500 4x4 Z71 and am wondering if anyone has recommendations for Plus 1 wheel and tire size. I'm not ready to install a lift at the moment and need to stick with the stock ride. I'm currently running stock 265/70R17 tires. However, I'd like to jump up to 18" wheels and larger tires if possible. I obviously want to make sure the tires don't rub and that I can turn without issue. Again, just looking for recommendations.

I'm running 285/60/18 General AT2's E rated... heavy tire compared the Bridgestone Dueler A/T. The Dueler A/T lasted me 80,000 miles but they weren't worth a damn traction wise after 20,000. They also couldn't carry a load worth a poo and had horrible wet/snow traction.

The GMT-900 Z71 wheels look great on most GM Trucks of any era I've seen, I recommend them and the General AT2 E rated tires... I wouldn't bother with the P rated tires if you spend any time on crushed stone, sharp objects, etc. You can get the Z71 wheels pretty readily at this point.
