Steel Wheels To Alloys Swap

Finally got the wheel swap done yesterday, steel wheels with plastic covers gone, factory alloys in place, 2014 Silverado WT.

The guy that changed them out said the steel ones were pretty heavy comparatively, and he wasn't kidding, thought he was exaggerating, but he was right on....

I was told steel wheels are good for plowing snow. They just hold up better in case you hit something when plowing since the other wheels (aluminum or lighter materials) might crack etc..
